Whitelist Our Email Address

Make sure our emails end up in your inbox, not your spam folder!

It’s very important to add our email address to your contacts. By doing so, this will ensure that our emails end up in your inbox and not your spam folder. This is called “Whitelisting” an email address. Whitelisting our email address lets your email provider know that our emails are not spam.

Please read the instructions below and make sure to add the email address: support@dronevideos.com to your whitelist of allowed email addresses. This will guarantee that all of our messages we send to you end up in your inbox.  If your email provider is not on this list or if you need support, contact us here.

 

Gmail

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. Click the arrow next to the reply button on the top right.
  3. Then click on “Add Drone Videos to Contacts List”.

 

Iphone

  1. Click on our name, “Drone Videos” on an email from us.
  2. Next click on Create New Contact.
  3. Click Done to save us to your contacts.

 

Android

  1. When you open an email from us, click on the photo on the top of your screen.
  2. Next click the Add to Contacts icon.
  3. Click on Create New Contact.
  4. Click on the Check Mark to save us in your contact list.

 

Apple/Mac

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. On the top tool bar, go to Message.
  3. From the drop down menu, click on the “Add Sender to Address Book” button.

 

Yahoo

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. Then click on Add Contact next to the From Name & Address.

 

AOL

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. Click on the Add Address icon on the right side of the window.
  3. Then click the OK button.

 

Comcast

  1. Click on the Address Book.
  2. Then click on New and select New Contact.
  3. Add support@dronevideos.com
  4. Then click on Save.

 

Hotmail

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. Click the Mark as Safe button next to the From Name & Address.
  3. Then click on Add Contact.

 

MSN

  1. Click on the Help and Settings button.
  2. Click on Email Settings.
  3. Click on the Safe List.
  4. In add an item to this list, type in: support@dronevideos.com and click on Add.

 

Verizon

  1. Click on Options and choose Block Senders.
  2. Then in the Safe List, type in support@dronevideos.com and dronevideos.com then click OK
  3. This will allow any emails from us to end up in your inbox.

 

Outlook 2000 or higher

  1. Choose “Actions / Junk Email / Junk Email Options” from the menu.
  2. Click on the Safe Senders button.
  3. Next click Add
  4. Enter our email address: support@dronevideos.com then click on OK

 

Outlook.com

  1. Open an email from us.
  2. An alert message should display with, “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.”
  3. Underneath this, click the link that says “I trust support@dronevideos.com. Always show content”.
