On-site time depends on the property size, package, access, tenant activity, and any add-ons.

Most standard photo-only Commercial Real Estate shoots take about 30 minutes on-site. Commercial photo and video shoots take about 45 to 60 minutes on-site.

Most standard exterior Commercial Real Estate shoots are handled during the scheduled appointment window and do not require the client to be on-site, as long as the exterior areas are accessible.

For larger shopping centers, industrial properties, interior add-ons, Matterport scans, or custom shot lists, the appointment takes longer. You can add notes when ordering through the View our Commercial Real Estate Packages here.

Our Commercial Real Estate photo turnaround is 2 to 3 business days after the shoot.

For example, if an order is photographed on a Wednesday, the edited photos will be delivered on Friday. If the property is photographed on a Thursday, the edited photos will be delivered the following Monday.

Edited Commercial Real Estate video is delivered in 5 business days.

If you order both photos and video, the photos can be delivered before the final edited video.

Rush delivery options are available for Commercial Real Estate orders.

Some holidays include an additional holiday fee. When you select a holiday on the order calendar, any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before you complete the order.

This is the best option when your schedule is flexible and you want the shoot completed at the earliest available opening.

Yes. Orders can be rescheduled until 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any rescheduling fees.

To reschedule a shoot, log in to your account and click “My Orders”. Under the “Order ID #”, you will see a blue “View” button as well as 3 dots. Click the 3 dots and choose “Re-Schedule” from the dropdown menu.

If weather creates unsafe or poor shooting conditions, we will reschedule the shoot and update you. There are NEVER any fees when rescheduling due to weather, no matter the time frame.

The reason we ask for 2 hours notice is so our photographer does not make an unnecessary trip.

Yes. Orders can be canceled until 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a cancellation fee.

There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees when the change is weather-related. If weather conditions prevent the shoot, we will reschedule it free of charge.

Canceled orders can be refunded as full site credit or returned to the original credit card minus the 3% credit card processing fee.

We ask for at least 2 hours’ notice so our photographer does not make an unnecessary trip.

When a canceled order is refunded, you can choose one of the following options:

1. Full refund as site credit

We can refund the full amount of the canceled order to your DroneVideos.com account balance. Site credit is added immediately and can be used on any future order.

2. Refund to your credit card

We can refund the purchase price to the credit card on file, minus the 3% credit card processing fee. Credit card companies do not refund processing fees, so you will receive 97% of the refund amount.

Credit card refunds take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your credit card account.

If access is blocked or instructions are incomplete, our team will contact you and either complete the available exterior work or reschedule the shoot if access is required.

To avoid delays, include gate codes, site contacts, access notes, timing restrictions, and any important entry instructions when placing the order.

If a requested shot was included in the original order instructions and was missed, contact us with the order number and details about the missing photo or video footage.

Our team will review the order instructions and completed files. If the requested shot was missed by our photographer, we will arrange the necessary correction.

A return visit can require an additional charge when the new request was not included in the original order, the property was inaccessible, access was denied, or conditions at the property prevented the photographer from completing the requested work.

We cannot capture aerial photos or videos while it is actively raining or snowing. If it is not actively raining or snowing, we can shoot at any time of year.

Winter photos and videos are available, but visibility, roof coverage, parking visibility, snow accumulation, and site safety can affect the best timing for the shoot.

Basic editing and cleanup are included with all photo packages. This includes color correction, exposure balance, lens and perspective adjustments, and blue sky replacements.

Ready For Review means your finished content has been edited and is ready for you to review in your DroneVideos.com account.

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for review. Once you log in and open the order, you can review the finished photos or videos before approving the order.

You have 48 hours to review the order before it auto approves. Even after an order is approved, you can still contact DroneVideos.com support if changes are needed. Approval does not prevent you from requesting updates.

When you approve an order, you confirm that the finished content is accepted.

After approval, the order moves forward to the completed stage, and any included hosted pages or final delivery steps can be completed.

Approving an order does not prevent you from requesting changes. If you approve an order and still have feedback, we can still review your notes and make updates.

If you reject an order during review, you can send notes explaining what needs to be corrected or reviewed.

Our team will review your notes and follow up on the order.

When your order is ready for review, you can choose how your completed content should be handled after approval.

No. Invoices and receipts are emailed directly when you place an order.

No. Customers will see the drone operator ID, not the operator’s name.

From My Pages, you can view the page, copy the URL, edit basic page details, publish or unpublish the page, duplicate the page, or delete the page.

Yes. From My Pages, you can make simple edits to your landing pages, such as updating basic page information, changing the URL, editing the drone code, publishing or unpublishing the page, duplicating the page, or deleting the page.

When someone clicks your referral link and places an order, or enters your Drone Code on the order page, you earn 5% of that order.

For example, if someone places a $500 order using your referral link or Drone Code, you earn $25.

If that same referred customer later spends $20,000 in one month ordering photography services, you earn $1,000 from those orders.

You continue earning 5% on that referred customer’s future orders for the life of that customer.

No. You cannot refer yourself or use your own referral link to earn commission on your own orders.

Referral commissions are added to your DroneVideos.com account as website credit as soon as your referral places an order.

You can use that credit toward future DroneVideos.com orders or withdraw the funds to your PayPal or bank account.

There is no minimum balance required to withdraw referral funds.

PayPal withdrawals are instant. Bank withdrawals are normally processed within 1 business day.

My Stock Items shows the photos and videos you have listed for sale through the DroneVideos.com stock footage marketplace. From this section, you can review your submitted stock footage, edit titles and descriptions, or delete stock footage you no longer want listed for sale.

My Sales History shows any sales you have made through the DroneVideos.com stock footage marketplace.

You can submit eligible photos or videos through the DroneVideos.com stock footage tools.

The My Media Items page is where users can manage content they want to sell through the DroneVideos.com stock footage marketplace.

Users can upload photos or videos they already have, or they can list eligible photos and videos they purchased from DroneVideos.com. For example, if a customer hires DroneVideos.com to photograph or film a building, they can submit eligible content from that completed order for sale on the stock footage marketplace.

You can also list eligible photos or videos directly from your completed order page. Log in to your DroneVideos.com account, go to My Orders, then click View next to the order. On the order page, you will see your finished products, including photos and videos. If the content is eligible, you can click Sell next to the video or photo section to submit it for review.

Each photo or video must be uploaded separately. When submitting stock footage, you can add a title and description for each item.

DroneVideos.com prefers aerial or drone related content, or media related to one of the industries we serve.

Submitted content is manually reviewed before it is made live for sale.

Yes. Stock footage submissions are manually reviewed before they are made live for sale.

Reviews take 1 to 2 business days.

Submitted content can be approved, rejected, or removed at DroneVideos.com’s discretion. If your stock footage is rejected, you will receive a notification.

Stock footage submissions that include people, cars, license plates, logos, or recognizable private property can be rejected during review.

DroneVideos.com sets the sale price for stock footage marketplace content.

Photos are sold for $10. You earn 50%, which is $5 per photo sale.

Videos are sold for $40. You earn 50%, which is $20 per video sale.

Stock footage earnings are added to your DroneVideos.com account balance immediately after your listed stock footage sells.

You can leave the balance in your account and use it as website credit toward future DroneVideos.com orders, or withdraw the funds to PayPal or your bank account.
